Playboi Carti's 'MUSIC' Logs Third Week at No. 1

Playboi Carti's album "MUSIC" has reclaimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart, marking its third non-consecutive week in the top position. According to data ending April 10, the album garnered 64,000 equivalent album units. This total comprises 61,500 in streaming equivalent album units, derived from 84.61 million on-demand streams of the songs, alongside 2,500 in album sales, with the remaining portion attributed to track equivalent album units. "MUSIC" initially debuted at No. 1 in mid-March and stands as Carti’s second chart-topping album, following "Whole Lotta Red" in 2021.
This week's top 10 also features new entries and notable performances. Elton John and Brandi Carlile's "Who Believes in Angels?" debuts at No. 9 with 40,000 equivalent album units. Ethel Cain’s 2022 album, "Preacher’s Daughter," also makes an appearance, earning 39,000 equivalent album units.
The rest of the top 10 includes Ariana Grande at No. 2, PARTYNEXTDOOR x Drake at No. 3, SZA at No. 4, and Kendrick Lamar at No. 5. Sabrina Carpenter, Morgan Wallen, and Bad Bunny occupy the remaining positions in the top 10.
