Otedola-Eazi Wedding Extravaganza: Inside the Lavish Ceremony and Family Revelations

Nigerian businessman and chairperson of Geregu Power PLC, Femi Otedola, recently celebrated the marriage of his daughter, Temi Otedola, to renowned singer Oluwatosin ’Mr Eazi’ Ajibade. The couple, who first met at a London nightclub in 2017 through Temi’s sister, DJ Cuppy, shared an eight-year journey together before tying the knot. Their engagement was announced in April 2022, leading to widespread anticipation for their wedding.
The couple’s union was celebrated across three distinct ceremonies held in three different countries, reflecting their unique love story. The date was chosen as a tribute to what would have been the 61st birthday of Mr Eazi’s late mother, Ifeoma Ajibade, who passed away in March.
Approximately two months later, in July 2025, Temi and Mr Eazi hosted a traditional Yoruba wedding ceremony. This event was held at the Otedola family residence in Dubai, marking the second phase of their celebrations.
The grand finale, a white wedding, took place on August 8, 2025, in Iceland. Temi fondly referred to Iceland as “our favourite place on earth,” and the ceremony was set against the country’s breathtaking landscapes, including the iconic Hallgrímskirkja Church in Reykjavík. The picturesque mountain views surrounding the glasshouse venue contributed to what guests described as a fairytale atmosphere, with Aliko Dangote calling it a setting for
