'On the Road with Mike Anderson' Live Podcast: Appreciation That Impacts Performance
Dr. Paul White, co-author of "The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace," will teach how to improve a collision repair shop by showing authentic appreciation to team members.
“On the Road with Mike Anderson — Serving Up Collision Advice,” a new live podcast powered by Autobody News that gives listeners a chance to ask industry expert questions in real time, is hosting its next episode at 4 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT July 14.
In this episode, Anderson will talk about “The Five Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” with special guest Dr. , who co-wrote the book with . The book has sold 600,000 copies translated into 25 languages, and its resources are used by Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Trucks, Ford and General Motors.
White will teach how collision repairers can better their businesses through showing authentic appreciation to their team members.
