Oasis Reunion Tour Confirmed, But UK Watchdog Threatens Ticketmaster Action!

Oasis is set to embark on a long-awaited reunion tour in 2025, with founding member Andy Bell confirming his involvement as bassist. Bell, who played with Oasis from 1999 to 2009 and later with Liam Gallagher’s Beady Eye, brings valuable experience in handling the dynamics between brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher. In an interview with Austrian newspaper Oe24, Bell stated, “I’m in and I’m really looking forward to it. We’ll see each other on tour.” He is expected to be joined by fellow Beady Eye bandmate Gem Archer, Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs on guitar, and drummer Joey Waronker.
The iconic band has scheduled 41 dates for 2025, commencing with stadium shows across the UK and Ireland in July, before moving to multiple continents. The tour includes three sold-out performances at the Scottish Gas Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh on August 8, 9, and 12. Tickets for the tour sold out in record time, with an estimated 10 million people from over 100 countries attempting to purchase them. Support acts for the tour include Cast, Richard Ashcroft, Cage The Elephant, and Ball Park Music.
Despite previous rumors fueled by Liam Gallagher on social media about a new album, Oasis's manager Alec McKinlay has definitively ruled out any new material from the band, stating, “No, there’s no plan for any new music.” McKinlay also clarified that no additional tour dates would be announced, emphasizing that this reunion is “very much the last time around.” He described the overwhelming fan reaction to the tour announcement as
