Singapore Airlines Group and Mandai Wildlife Group have entered into a three-year, high-level partnership to reinforce Singapore’s appeal as one of the world’s leading tourist destinations, as well as to support critical wildlife conservation initiatives. This collaboration will span both luxury travel experiences and collaboration with global initiatives for wildlife protection through tourism, resulting in a partnership unique in the world for combining conservation with travel. The collaboration will provide travellers unique and immersive wildlife experiences as well as another meaningful way for our visitors to support conservation in Singapore and around the world.

SIA’s partnership with Mandai Wildlife Group is a perfect fit with Singapore’s aspiration of being a “City in Nature.” As a part of the new partnership, SIA will make it possible for customers to have behind-the-scenes access to a curated wildlife experience at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, an integrated nature and wildlife destination that’s home to several of Singapore’s best-known wildlife parks. The collaboration will also shed a spotlight on the important work of Mandai’s conservation programs. Visitors can explore key attractions, including the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders, Bird Paradise, and Rainforest Wild Asia, while gaining access to exclusive benefits offered by SIA through its Pelago platform.

With over 200 species of wildlife all in one place, the Mandai Wildlife Reserve has always been a favourite spot for those who seek nature and wildlife at its best. SIA’s participation in the effort to conserve these species, as well as the ability to offer something like this to its customers, represents a massive victory for global wildlife initiatives and tourism.

A range of exclusive benefits awaits SIA customers, including members of the airline’s frequent-flyer program, KrisFlyer, under the new partnership. With the Pelago travel platform, customers will receive:

”Seeded wildlife experience: Offers to visit attractions such as the Singapore Zoo, featuring open-concept exhibits that get visitors up close to animals in naturalistic habitats, and Night Safari, the world’s first zoo for nocturnal explorers. These experiences will do more than just get people watching wild animals; they will educate them on why biodiversity is important.

Exclusive Co-Branded Retail Collections: For customers who wish to bring home a piece of the action, SIA and Mandai Wildlife Group will have co-branded merchandise that will be available through KrisShop and at selected retail outlets of the wildlife reserve. The retail ranges will help spread the conservation message even more and provide visitors with a way to support the work being done to protect wildlife as they shop.

KrisFlyer members can earn bonus miles on the purchase of tickets to admission tickets via Pelago, sale of miles, and use of miles to redeem for future experiential offerings like Colugo Camp, an all-inclusive camping experience launching in 3Q 2025. They will also have access to special promotions exclusive for KrisFlyer members, with more miles earning and redemption possibilities.

Themed Attractions & Interactive Playscapes: SIA customers will also have exclusive pre-opening access to the two new attractions, Curiosity Cove and Exploria, which will launch in 2025. These indoor sites will have “hypernatural” environments and interactive playscapes that are catalysts for stimulating curiosity and forging powerful memories for guests. These offerings are part of the larger experience in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, where it is no longer just a place to watch wildlife but a destination for learning and play.

In addition to the tourism rewards, this collaboration has very much to do with wildlife conservation. Under the partnership, SIA will offer ground-handling support to the Mandai Wildlife Group by facilitating the movement of animals to and from Singapore’s wildlife parks and to other certified zoos in other parts of the world. SIA will also assist wildlife repatriation—a key component in global wildlife conservation.

It will also be a significant revenue source for vital conservation projects to safeguard threatened species, rehabilitate ecosystems, and improve understanding of the value of wildlife biodiversity. With its partnership with Mandai Wildlife Group, SIA is contributing to global conservation efforts and enabling customers to make a direct contribution through their travel experiences.

In addition, to continue to help raise awareness of wildlife, SIA will feature educational content on the Mandai Wildlife Group on the in-flight entertainment system, KrisWorld. From the date of August 2025, there will be two documentaries to be enjoyed by passengers: The Great Migration: First Steps and New Eden. Both documentaries reveal the detailed planning and attention to detail behind the move of the animals from Jurong Bird Park to their new home at Bird Paradise, bringing travellers closer to the wildlife conservation efforts ongoing at Mandai.

This partnership further demonstrates Singapore’s dedication towards sustainability, with the objective of sustainability efforts permeating across the tourism industry. With a focus on sustainability, the partnership between SIA and Mandai Wildlife promises to deliver luxury travel like never before. This collaboration not only builds on the tourism industry of Singapore but also underscores the significance of responsible travel that is beneficial to the environment and aligns with the global conservation objectives.

Leveraging Singapore Airlines’ unparalleled global network and Mandai Wildlife Group’s deep conservation expertise, the partnership provides one-of-a-kind experiences for travellers to participate in world-class offerings that contribute significantly to the conservation of global wildlife.

As Singapore Airlines remains committed to promoting Singapore as the world’s leading tourist destination, its partnership with Mandai Wildlife Group is yet another project that seeks to showcase the country’s diverse nature tourism experiences. This collaboration reinforces Singapore’s status as one of the world’s premier destinations, showcasing nature and luxury in intricate harmony with conservation from which travellers will take inspiration.

This partnership will not only put Singapore’s wildlife and night safari on the world map but also showcase it in other global urban cities, given that it’s a first-of-its-kind offering.” With Accor’s global footprint and Mandai Wildlife Group’s deep expertise in wildlife conservation, this partnership is expected to have far-ranging tourism impact in Singapore and around the world. In a world where conservation and sustainable practices are more important than ever, the partnership between SIA and Mandai Wildlife Group is a groundbreaking example of how tourism can be smarter for both visitors and the planet.

Eco-conscious, luxury, and conservation-focused, the collaboration between Singapore Airlines and Mandai Wildlife Group is the perfect union of travel and wildlife preservation. It advertises “exclusive access” for travellers to Singapore’s finest wildlife parks, “unique immersive experiences,” and a chance to “contribute to conservation around the globe.” “ As Singapore develops as a City in Nature, this partnership will establish a remarkable benchmark for sustainable tourism that enhances the tourism experience while benefitting the future of our planet.
