This alarming trend has prompted the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to finally implement measures aimed at fortifying the nation's financial and security sectors.
A pivotal step in this direction is the CBN's recently announced partnership with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
