The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security has recently launched a program to offer supportive policies, guidance and assistance to young entrepreneurs nationwide.

Under the program that starts this month and will last till September, young entrepreneurs, especially college graduates, and people who return to the countryside to create startups will get support including space, finance and skills training from human resources authorities at all levels.

According to a release by the ministry, it will publish lists showing available spaces, government policies, skills training programs, entrepreneurship tutors and agencies offering human resources services to the public, and let entrepreneurs find information that is useful to them.

Human resources departments of all levels will organize open days featuring startup parks for entrepreneurs and help them settle with suitable offices at the parks.

The ministry and local human resources departments will help recommend promising entrepreneurial events to financial and investment institutes to win more financial support for the entrepreneurs.

Skills training, a highlight of the program, will promote online entrepreneurial training courses to the public and encourage people to use their skills to start businesses. Also, the human resources departments of all levels will invite tutors to guide and give suggestions to new entrepreneurs at startup parks, campuses or rural areas.
