New Fintech App 'Ultra' Enters Nigerian Market to Streamline Digital Payments and Crypto - Arise News

A new digital finance application, Ultra App, has launched in Nigeria, offering users a combination of traditional payment services and cryptocurrency transactions in one platform.

Spearheaded by tech entrepreneur and visionary Thankgod Izime, Ultra App is positioned as a one-stop digital wallet where users can create and fund virtual accounts, transfer money to local banks, and complete everyday transactions such as airtime top-ups, data purchases, electricity bills, cable TV renewals, and Bet account funding—all from a single interface.

However, Ultra also contains an integrated cryptocurrency feature, allowing users to buy and instantly swap crypto with Naira, thereby eliminating the risks associated with traditional peer-to-peer methods.

Speaking on the launch, Izime said the app was developed to reflect how people manage money in today’s digital environment. “We created Ultra to give people true control over their money—whether it’s sending a simple transfer or accessing global digital assets. Our platform is fast, clean, and built for how people actually live and transact today,” he said.

According to the company, the app was designed to be user-friendly, with a focus on speed, convenience, and transparency, including zero-fee transfers between Ultra users.

The app is now available for download at www.myultraapp.com, with additional updates, crypto tips, and feature rollouts available via @myUltraApp on social media.

Ultra joins a growing number of fintech platforms in Nigeria that are targeting digital-savvy consumers looking for integrated financial services.
