NBA 2K26 Shockwave: Brown's Rise, LeBron's Fall in Latest Ratings!
The latest ratings refresh for NBA 2K26, the fourth update of the season, has brought significant shifts to player overalls across all divisions, reflecting recent on-court performances. This update highlights both individual brilliance and team-wide surges, with some of the league's most prominent stars experiencing notable gains, while others have seen their ratings decline. Overall, the update showcases the dynamic nature of player evaluations in the competitive NBA landscape.
Leading the charge in this refresh is Jaylen Brown of the Boston Celtics, whose exceptional play has elevated him to a 93 OVR, gaining one point. Brown has been instrumental in powering the Celtics' successful offense, notably rising to the occasion following Jayson Tatum's injury last season. Over the past two weeks alone, Brown posted impressive averages of 31 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 5.8 assists per game. The Celtics, as a team, demonstrated remarkable collective improvement, gaining a total of 16 points across 10 athletes in this update, with only one player seeing a deduction from his tally, underscoring Boston's current dominance.
Beyond Brown, several other players continued their upward trajectory or experienced significant shifts. Toronto Raptors forward Scottie Barnes added another point to reach 88 OVR, building on his momentum from the previous refresh. Similarly, Dallas Mavericks forward Cooper Flagg gained three points, achieving a new rating of 83. Conversely, some high-profile players saw their ratings dip.
