One picture showed Cyrus wrapping her arms around the Liily bandmember at a restaurant, distinctly showcasing a shiny new engagement ring on her left hand, featuring a gold band with a sparkling diamond. Billy Ray's caption radiated with delight: “So happy you and MaxxAgazillion found each other!!!! Congratulations!
