In a heartfelt Instagram post on Wednesday, December 3rd, Billy Ray shared two photos of Miley and her new fiancé. One picture showed Cyrus wrapping her arms around the Liily band member at a restaurant, distinctly showcasing a shiny new engagement ring on her left hand, featuring a gold band with a sparkling diamond. Billy Ray’s caption radiated delight: “So happy you and MaxxAgazillion found each other!!!! Congratulations! Happy to see you both so happy!!!”
