Mexico has strongly criticised U.S. President Donald Trump’s plan to impose a 30% tariff on Mexican goods starting August 1, calling it an "unfair deal." The response came in a joint statement from Mexico's economy and foreign ministries, issued after the country was informed of the new duties during trade talks in the U.S. on Friday.
