With the theme “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” and “Tailored for You” as the dress code, we knew we could count on Freen to honour both the theme and the dress code, while turning up the glamour.

Arriving in a custom creation by Valentino’s Creative Director Alessandro Michele and Valentino Garavani accessories, the star of our May 2024 cover walked the Met steps with poise. Underneath a perfectly tailored cream jacket with fur trimmings, she wore a mesh undershirt decorated with floral appliques and a flowy skirt with a slit showcasing dainty lace stockings—balancing a touch of femininity with the masculinity of the structured ensemble. With her hair swept in soft, natural waves, the look was a perfect representation of Freen’s signature duality.

Three months after making her Paris Fashion Week debut at the Valentino fall/winter show in September 2024, Freen was announced as a Valentino ambassador—making her the first female Thai ambassador of the Maison. Since then, she’s constantly shown up in an array of Valentino looks worthy of the global fashion spotlight.
Speaking with BAZAAR last year about her Paris Fashion Week debut experience, Freen said, “Working with such a prestigious brand is an experience I will never forget. Everything was new for me, and I will cherish those memories.” We can only imagine how she must feel now that she’s made her debut at the prestigious Met Gala.
One thing is for certain: the starlet whose blood runs a bright Valentino red definitely impressed with her Met Gala debut.
