Purpose and Objective:   

SAP Global Marketing, Inc. seeks a Marketing Execution Senior Specialist at our New York, NY location to drive SAP's global social content and planning efforts, by championing the development and implementation of a data-driven, audience-centric social media strategy  

Expectations and Tasks:  

By working closely with business and marketing leaders, collaborate to define channel and content strategies that align with SAP’s business objectives and audience insights. Drawing from the digital and social expertise, challenge conventional thinking and drive innovation. As a trusted ambassador of the SAP brand, leverage social channels to deliver measurable results, by understanding the customer journey, audience interests, and data analytics. Build strong partnerships and deliver high-quality results to drive SAP's social media program. With a relentless focus on community building, cultivate a brand that resonates with SAP’s audience, while helping to drive adoption and consumption. Develop and implement SAP’s Social Media Strategy. Drive a holistic, scalable, and innovative approach to social media strategy, aligning with the evolution of the Corporate Marketing Operating Model and Vision. Continually innovate and anticipate changes in the digital marketing and social media landscape to ensure SAP’s strategy is both modern and effective. Manage and guide our social media agency of record as a key partner to ensure optimal ROI and the delivery of compelling creative that captures attention and encourages engagement. Maintain accountability for the quality of all social media plans and content to ensure that they meet the highest standards. Facilitate collaboration and act as a central resource with the business and marketing stakeholders for social media-related information, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, best practices, and enthusiasm for social media across teams and programs. Partner with the social media colleagues on the management, creative, and operations team to support work processes, creative deliverables, audience moderation, and reporting practices. Serve as a key liaison across working teams, business units and regional social colleagues to ensure investment and strategy alignment across the organization. Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide thought leadership on emerging trends, while collaborating to support and achieve holistic goals. Support business partners by providing regular reviews on overall performance, ensuring transparency and accountability on an ongoing basis. Work in partnership with listening and reporting managers to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights. 

Education and Occupational Experience:  

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Interactive Arts, Technology, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Interactive Arts, Technology, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,664 - $225,016. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $150,300 - $255,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
