William Amadi, 20 (30.08.04), of Barnet, was charged on Friday, 23 May, with the murder of Ali Faris Muhammad.

At 03:31hrs on Sunday, 18 May, police and the London Ambulance Service were called to reports of a stabbing in Kingsbury Road, NW9.

Ali was taken to hospital with a stab wound. Despite the best efforts of medical staff, he sadly died.

His next of kin are being supported by specially trained officers.

Amadi was arrested on Thursday, 22 May.

He has been remanded in custody, and appeared at Willesden Magistrates' Court on Saturday, 24 May.
