City lawyer Ahmednasir Abdullahi has offered President William Ruto a ride in his 2023 Porsche Panamera to celebrate the construction of a road linking Mandera, Wajir, Garissa, and Isiolo counties. This gesture follows the completion of a significant infrastructure project aimed at regional development.

Ahmednasir, also known as Grand Mullah, shared a photo of his Porsche Panamera on Saturday, May 24, highlighting its fusion of high performance and practicality. The Porsche Panamera differs from the traditional Porsche layout by positioning its engine at the front instead of the rear, and it can seat five passengers. The entry-level Panamera features a turbocharged 325-horsepower V6 engine, while the 4S AWD version offers a 440-hp twin-turbo V6. The GTS variant boasts a 473-hp twin-turbo V8, and the Sport Turismo and Turbo editions provide additional cargo space with up to 689 horsepower.

The Panamera is known for its responsive steering and optional adaptive air suspension, creating a dynamic driving experience. The car starts at approximately KSh 13 million and can reach KSh 18 million depending on the selected options.

Ahmednasir’s offer and display of his luxury vehicle sparked mixed reactions on social media. Some Kenyans praised the gesture and the significance of the new road, while others criticized the show of luxury amid local challenges. Some social media users commented on the quality of the road, while others expressed admiration for the car.

In addition to his Porsche Panamera, Ahmednasir owns a multi-million shilling Karen mansion, which he showcased during an August 2021 appearance on Churchill Show. The mansion features a lush backyard with a swimming pool and was funded by his earnings from legal work. His collection of luxury vehicles also includes a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, a Bentley Bentayga, a blue Porsche Cayenne, and a green Land Rover Discovery.
