He explained that he has been actively searching for a job but has yet to find one, which has left him feeling desperate.

“I have applied for several jobs, but I’m yet to get any. At this point, I’m open to any kind of work, although getting one aligned with my career would be ideal. Right now, I have no job at all,” he said.

James also expressed his desire to further his education by pursuing a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

“If I get someone to sponsor me for a master’s, I would really appreciate it. A genuine scholarship would mean a lot to me—whether it’s at a university in Kenya or abroad,” he added.

He called on well-wishers to support him either by helping him secure a job or access a scholarship, so he can improve his life and continue his academic journey.

Mwende Matolo:

"The good thing is he has the mindset of 'I will take any job.' He’s put aside the pride of 'I have papers.' All the best, bro—may God see you through."

Joanne Mianoh:

"May my kids never see this news! Because wow, the way these Gen Z and Alpha kids behave, when you tell them to study hard so they can get good jobs!"

Dorcas Tom:

"Jemoo, the journey is still long. Didn’t we just graduate on the 25th of October last year, bro? Let’s keep pushing and trusting God."

Moses Kerenke Korei:

"There are no jobs. You have to create one for yourself. Kenya belongs to a few people—especially those who didn’t even go to school, brother."

Orestine Otieno Oti:

"I once went somewhere and the HR asked me what kind of job I wanted. I said, 'Any that’s available.' He told me, 'Your problem is money, not work.'"
