According to Julie, her father, John Adrian, used to work at the Migori GK Prison in the 2000s, and that is where he met her mother. The two started having a relationship that culminated in Julie's mum falling pregnant.
"After my mother gave birth to me in 2000, she went to Migori to look for him, and her aunt informed her father had returned to his homeland of Kisii and would return soon.
"My mother asked if she could stay overnight at her auntie's place to wait for my father's return to tell him about my birth. However, her aunt refused, so my mother decided to head back to western Kenya.
Later, Julie's mother learnt that her father had been transferred to another location. Unfortunately, Julie's mother didn't have much information about her father's family or home, as they had met at his father's workplace in Migori.
Julie is now asking for a way to contact Migori Prison or direct her to their page so she can reach out to them.
"I'm hoping to find him now, and I just want to get to know him. If he denies me, I'll accept it," he said.
