Former Machakos First Lady Lilian Nganga has blasted politicians who claim to be on the side of Gen Z and fighting for them.

On Wednesday, June 25, early in the morning, Kalonzo Musyoka, Eugene Wamalwa, Fred Matiang'i, and their political allies were spotted laying flowers on the barbed wire placed around Parliament.

The politicians joined the parents of those killed during the Anti-Finance Bill 2024 protests in the ceremony, which was to commemorate them for their heroic actions.

Many would have expected the politicians to join Kenyans in the streets, who continued to protest against police brutality, but they disappeared in no time.

The following day, the opposition leaders were spotted at Kenyatta National Hospital visiting those injured during the protests and holding press conferences to demand justice.

Lilian saw the images, and from her reaction, she was certainly not impressed.

Reacting to the photos on X, she noted that the politicians in question have nothing to offer, and the best course of action would be for them to step aside.

"These people have nothing new to offer. They should ALL just fall off!"

While some shared her sentiments, others saw an opportunity to attack her, but she did not relent; instead, she retaliated.

Previously, Lilian strongly dismissed media claims suggesting she regrets leaving CS Alfred Mutua and missing him, calling them complete nonsense.

She shared a screenshot of the misleading report on her Instagram Stories, expressing disbelief that false rumours still circulate after four years.

Ng’ang’a emphasised that if she truly missed Mutua, she would simply text him and not leak her emotions through hopeless channels.

On X, she criticised the blog for spending its Sunday publishing baseless stories and urged the authors to “get their heads checked."

She reaffirmed her contentment with life, holding that she has no regrets about moving on, highlighting that her breakup choices were deliberate.
