26-year old American forward Tyler Bey (201-F-1998) had a great game in the last round for Homentmen Beirut and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
He had a double-double of 19 points and 19 rebounds, while his team beat Al Markaziyyah (#8, 6-11) 99-92. Homentmen is placed at 4th position in Lebanese league. Homentmen is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 9-8 record. In the team's last game Bey had a remarkable 80.0% from 2-point range. He just recently signed at Homentmen, being already a very valuable addition to the team. Tyler Bey averages this season 17.1ppg and 15.1rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Dikembe Dixson (201-F-1996) of

Hoops Club. He is American forward in his first season at Hoops. In the last game Dixson recorded an impressive 39 points and 9 rebounds. Bad luck as Hoops was edged by the lower-ranked Maristes (#10, 6-11) 72-71. Hoops managed to keep the same 7th spot in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 7-10 record. Dixson is one of the most experienced players at Hoops and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 29.9ppg (#1). He also registered 8.0 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Tony Criswell (205-F-1991, agency: Interperformances) of

Antranik Beirut (#6). Criswell got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for ten rebounds . Despite Criswell's great performance the Antranik lost 97-100 to the lower-ranked Mayrouba (#11, 6-11). But his team cannot count on just a single shooter as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Antranik ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 10 games, recording just eight victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Criswell could help Antranik to bring them higher in the standings. Criswell has a great season in Lebanon. After 18 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 25.3ppg (6th best). He also has a FGP of 54.2% and 3PT: 46.1%. Criswell attended one of camps at Eurobasket Summer League on his way to pro basketball.

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
