Lagos Drama: BBNaija's Mbadiwe Twins' Missing Brother Found Safe After Public Plea

An ex-Big Brother Naija Season 9 housemate, Ocee, one half of the Mbadiwe twins, publicly announced the disappearance of his younger brother, Odera Mbadiwe, sparking widespread concern. On a Wednesday, the reality TV star took to Instagram to reveal that Odera, aged 33, had been missing since approximately 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 1, 2025. He was last seen at No. 29 Idowu Martins Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The appeal for public assistance included detailed information about Odera: he is 6’2 with a muscular build, black hair (fade haircut), and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing grey sweats and was associated with a black Nissan 350Z convertible with a blue top, bearing plate number GM 70 AMB. The family urged anyone with information to contact them directly via provided phone numbers (+2347062131530, +234 816 455 7445) or report to the nearest police station, emphasizing the urgency of the situation. The Mbadiwe twins, Ozumba Mbadiwe and Oseloka Mbadiwe, gained prominence after their participation in Big Brother Naija Season 9 in July 2024.

Fortuitously, Odera Mbadiwewas later found safe and reunited with his family. The Mbadiwe twins, who had initially announced Odera's disappearance on Wednesday, shared the good news on Instagram by Thursday evening. They conveyed their heartfelt gratitude to their friends, family, the public, the police, and other government agencies for their swift response, calls, suggestions, and the immense outpouring of love and assistance that facilitated Odera's safe return. While the family did not disclose the specifics of how or where Odera was found, they requested privacy to allow them time to recover from what they described as a harrowing experience.
