KUCCPS to Open Inter-University Transfer Window from Tomorrow
The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) will open its online portal for inter-institutional transfer applications from tomorrow, Monday, allowing students to request changes to their university or college placements for the 2025/2026 academic year beginning this September.
The announcement, made by KUCCPS Chief Executive Officer Agnes Mercy Wahome, aims to provide the 2024 cohort of KCSE students with an opportunity to align their academic paths with their preferences, ensuring a better fit for their educational and career goals after initial placement.
“Students placed this year and who wish to transfer to other institutions are invited to apply online through the KUCCPS Student’s Portal from 14th July to 12th August 2025,” KUCCPS said in a notice on Sunday afternoon.
