The Kirby Hill House is set to host its first-ever 70s country music-themed event, promising a unique blend of entertainment and cuisine. Rex Harris and Rose Hall, familiar faces in Southeast Texas, are behind the exciting lineup at the historic venue.

"This is the first time we've ever done country and Western music" said Harris. "We always get comments... when are you going to do a country western show?"

The event will feature a themed menu to match the musical experience. "We're doing barbecue this time, which is perfect, barbecue and mac and cheese," said Hall.

The Kirby Hill House, known for its elegant shows, is embracing a "cool country" vibe. "Kirby's always equated itself with elegance and things like that," Hall said. "We've tried to give people a really good show."

The event will take place over two weekends, with performances on the 18th, 19th, 25th, and 26th. Tickets are selling fast, and attendees are encouraged to visit kirbyhillhouse.com to secure their spots.

The upcoming show is expected to be a memorable experience, blending the charm of the 70s with the allure of country music.
