The 60 Minutes interview that President claims was “deceptively” cut to favor his 2024 Democratic presidential rival — and is the subject of his $20 billion CBS lawsuit — is now up for an Emmy in the “Outstanding Edited Interview” category .

The October interview with Harris, which aired during the 2024 election cycle, was nominated Thursday alongside sit-downs with , Justice , , and . But unlike the others, this one comes with a federal investigation and the weight of a lawsuit launched by the sitting president.

Since it aired, CBS has denied wrongdoing and released the full raw video footage, as well as transcripts, insisting that the show’s broadcast “was not doctored or deceitful.”

While CBS maintains its defense of the show, insiders say its parent company, Paramount Global, is in talks to settle with Trump — a move that has infuriated some CBS News veterans and sparked the departure of longtime executive producer Bill Owens .

In the meantime, Trump has continued to pile on via social media , ranting on Wednesday that 60 Minutes had “cheated and defrauded the American People at levels never seen before in the Political Arena.”

He is yet to comment on the Emmy nomination.
