He shared a black and white photo of himself interacting with his wife, who was slightly bending to talk to their son Utheri.
The photo was taken during Lilian's 40th birthday, which she recently held and was attended by close friends and family.
In the random family photo, the couple gave a glimpse of their son's face but only showed one side.
The couple was standing in what looked like a garden as they paid attention to their son.
The two welcomed their son in July 2022 and have been showing different activities that Utheri enjoys.
During Lilian's lavish birthday, the Bahasha Ya Ocampo singer was spotted zoned out as friends sang the published author a happy birthday song.
He later shared a video and said that although he was not as active, he was genuinely happy to see his wife celebrate her birthday.
Lilian looked happy as she danced and sang along before shouting '45' when asked how old she was turning.
Many were happy to see them together after months of speculation that they unfollowed each other on social media.
To celebrate Lilian's birthday, Juliani shared a video of his wife with a brief message to wish her a happy birthday.
It was unclear if the video was recent or a throwback video, as the couple who were once considered a power couple temporarily stopped posting each other online.
In the video, their son could be heard in the background talking to his parents, as they also tried to give him attention.
Lilian has in the past asked netizens to stop taking her posts out of context and trying to share a narrative with her social media messages.
