Julia Fox nodded to one of the Renaissance’s most iconic paintings at the 2025 Vanity Fair Oscar Party in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
The “Presence” star modeled a completely see-through frock covered only by long, wavy tendrils of brown hair, referencing Sandro Botticelli’s masterpiece “The Birth of Venus.”
The Dilara Fındıkoğlu design was based on looks from the designer’s fall 2025 collection, which debuted at London Fashion Week last month.
Fox accessorized with nude pumps and a French tip manicure, while her makeup consisted of pale pink eye shadow, mauve blush and a nude lip.
The bestselling author is typically dressed by her close friend, stylist Briana Andalore, who also counts Dove Cameron and JT of the rap duo City Girls as clients.
Fındıkoğlu’s latest collection, titled “Venus From Chaos,” featured models dressed in safety pins, shells and pearls.
“Fashion is not how it used to be anymore — there needs to be more fantasy,” the designer told WWD. “I wish people pushed boundaries more — every time I look at a collection on the runways, it looks like the same thing, without shading anybody. Sometimes I really consider if I should just make art.”
Fox attended another Vanity Fair-hosted bash on Wednesday, where she revived the “no pants” trend in lace underwear, tights and a white button-up emblazoned with Kappa’s “Omini” logo along the sleeves. A black tie, leather jacket, belt and pointy pumps topped off her ensemble.
The 31st annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party, one of Hollywood’s most prestigious post-Academy Awards events, took place on Sunday following the 97th Academy Awards ceremony. Vanity Fair editor in chief Radhika Jones hosted the exclusive soiree and brought together A-list celebrities, Oscar winners and nominees.
