London's Fashion Designers Were The Winners At The Vanity Fair Oscars 2025 Party | British Vogue

London Fashion Week may have wrapped a week ago, but the red carpet at the Vanity Fair after-party for the 2025 Oscars read like an extension of the British style showcase. How so? On account of the looks by the likes of 16Arlington, Dilara Findikoğlu and Miss Sohee that paraded down it, standing out as some of the most dazzling of the evening.

Whether anyone over at 16Arlington has caught a wink of sleep over the past week is a question to which we know the answer is probably no. After dropping a whole new collection, presented as cinematic lookbook shot by Ethan James Green, and dressing Jorja Smith in a “triple threat” of looks for her appearance and performance at the Brits, Marco Capaldo and his team rounded out a trifecta of stellar moments for the brand by dressing Hunter Schafer for the Oscars’ ritziest afters. Swathed in a champagne crepe-satin mermaid gown with a deep V neckline, and clutching a shaggy stole, the actress and trans rights activist exuded an effortless, vintage Hollywood glamour.

Another team that’s had a busy weekend is, of course, Dilara Findikoğlu’s. Following on from dressing Charli xcx’s in a straight-off-the-runway sheer number for the Brits, the brand dressed Julia Fox in a gossamer slip gown, also from its autumn/winter 2025 collection, featuring trompe l’oeil tresses embedded in the garment’s diaphanous fabric. Oh, and Rosalía, who trailed along the carpet in a similarly sheer, trained white gauze gown.

Rounding out the evening’s roster of very great British representation was none other than Blackpink’s (and The White Lotus’s) Lisa, who took to the step-and-repeat in a vampy black corseted look by Miss Sohee, who also dressed Katy Perry in a strapless crystal-embellised number. Even when the climate in the British fashion industry may be tougher than ever, the London lot just keep knocking it out of the park.
