Renowned DJ and producer John Summit is set to embark on his inaugural Ibiza residency in 2026, taking over the Monday nights at the prestigious mega-club [UNVRS]. This nine-date series, dubbed 'Experts Only' after Summit’s own record label, will run from June 1 to July 27, marking a significant milestone in the artist's burgeoning career on the iconic dance music island.

Expressing profound excitement for the upcoming residency, Summit stated that from the moment he first experienced [UNVRS], he knew it was the ideal venue for 'Experts Only'. He lauded the club's exceptional sound, production, and overall energy, describing it as unparalleled. For Summit, bringing his event to what he considers the best venue in the world’s dance music capital is a dream realized, promising an all-out experience for attendees throughout June and July.

Summit joins a stellar lineup of artists and brands confirmed for [UNVRS]'s 2026 season. Fellow residents include global superstar David Guetta, who will command Friday nights from June 19 to October 2. The Spanish party brand Elrow is slated to take over the club on Sundays, sharing the weekend spotlight with techno legend Carl Cox, who will also play on Sunday nights from June 21 to October 4.

[UNVRS] itself opened to considerable acclaim last season, quickly establishing itself as a state-of-the-art venue. Its grand opening featured a memorable residency by Eric Prydz, showcasing his innovative Holosphere 2.0 production. The club is the brainchild of founder Yann Pissenem and his company, The Night League, which also successfully operates other prominent Ibiza venues, Hï and Ushuaïa.

Meanwhile, John Summit has been steadily building his presence on the island, making numerous appearances since 2022 and consistently graduating to larger venues globally. His 2025 schedule notably included a stadium performance at Boulder’s Folsom Field last October, a headlining slot at Austin City Limits, and the successful September debut of his 'Experts Only' festival, which is set to return to New York City this fall.
