Aquila Basket Trento have won U17 National Championship. They overcame Pall. Cantu 80-69 in the Final game.
Both teams exchanged the wins in the first half, whilst Aquila Basket Trento posted a decisive 20-12 surge in the third quarter. Cantu managed to reply with a narrow 17-16 run, however could not catch up with the opponents.
Cheickh Niang (191-G-2008) and Antonio Barra (201-F-2008) led the way with 18 points each, whilst Giulio Vergnaghi (195-F/G-2008) netted 15. Ventura answered with 19 points in the losing effort.
