On Jan. 1, Netflix released Don’t Die: The Man Who Wants to Live Forever, a documentary centering around tech millionaire and biohacker Bryan Johnson and his pursuit of life extension.
In addition to his meticulous daily routine and sleep schedule, workout regimen, red-light therapy and strict whole food diet, Johnson incorporates a series of daily pills, oils and additional nutrient sources into what he calls the Blueprint Protocol. He has now made this collection of vitamins and supplements available to buy on Amazon, with select best-sellers discounted for Prime Day. Plus, he just dropped an assortment of “Don’t Die” merch.
While the products tout benefits like focus, stress relief and deep sleep, it’s worth noting that Johnson is not a doctor nor health professional. As with all wellness hacks, it’s best to consult an actual doctor before starting any new diet or protocol.

With this in mind, Johnson launched the Blueprint product assortment on Amazon, available to buy both individually and as bundles. One of his most-purchased items, Snake Oil, otherwise known as Blueprint Extra Virgin Olive Oil, is described as having a “cold-pressed extraction method [which] preserves maximum nutrients, boasts a high polyphenol count, a low peroxide value and is a superior avocado oil alternative.” Johnson takes 1.5 tbsp. per day with meals.
The Blueprint by Bryan Johnson Starter Stack includes the above olive oil and two supplement powders: the Blueprint Cocoa Powder (20 percent off for Prime Day) and Longevity Mix. The former claims to naturally contain “13 mg of caffeine per serving, providing a gentle pick-me-up to fuel your adventures,” and is intended to “kickstart” the day “without the typical jittery feeling of other cocoa or caffeine sources.”
Johnson claims that “with just one scoop a day [of Blueprint’s Longevity Mix], you can say goodbye to the hassle of swallowing countless supplements and to companies offering ineffective levels of ingredients.” According to the brand, it’s “formulated with a meticulous selected blend of powerhouse ingredients” and “is everything your body needs in one place.”
