On July 11, the sitcom star, 53, who was born in Kansas City and is a fan of the Chiefs, spoke with Page Six at the premiere of Dexter: Resurrection.

"Travis is awesome," Stonestreet told the outlet. "I've known Travis for a long time, and I was so happy for him when they started dating because I know him."

Additionally, he said Swift "deserves a great guy," pointing out that the Chiefs tight end is a "great guy."

When Stonestreet was asked if there was a chance he could be invited to Swift and Kelce's wedding, he replied, "Oh my God, I don't know about that."

"I love both of them very much," he explained. "It would obviously be amazing if that happened, but I wouldn’t want to go if it wasn’t the right thing. I wouldn’t want to force my way in there."
