How to Treat Red Eyes in Monsoon?

Few of the eye infections include pink eyes, red eyes, funfal infection, inflmmation and discomfort.

Maintain good hygienne, wash you hands with saop and water and avoid touching or rubbing your eyes.

Use clean towels towels and handkerchiefs. Avpid using goggles or [ersomlised items as they can spread infection.

Avoid using eye makeup as it can aggravate the red eyes and can cause swelling. Remove makeup before going to bed.

Use cold compress on your eyelids ro reduce redness. You can also use cold milk compress or artificial teas to reduce redness and dryness.

Avoid using contact lenses. If you use wash them properly with saline solution. As dirty contact lenses can cause bacterial infections.
