Holy Ten's War with Mnangagwa's Son Ignites: Death Dares and Terrorist Accusations Unleashed
Zimbabwean hip-hop artist Mukudzei Chitsama, famously known as Holy Ten, has ignited a social media storm with explosive accusations and threats directed at President Emmerson Mnangagwa's twin sons, Collins and Major Sean Mnangagwa. In a series of online rants across Instagram, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter), Holy Ten accused the brothers of deploying Central Intelligence Organisation (CIO) and army officers to his home, allegedly to repossess property.
The musician's tirade, which included a live Instagram broadcast from South Africa, saw him directly address Major Sean Mnangagwa, a Zimbabwe National Army officer, with stark threats. Holy Ten claimed that the Mnangagwa twins had previously showered him with expensive gifts, including a fully furnished house and multiple cars, which he now declared they could take back. He ominously stated, "Sean, those soldiers you sent to my house, I'm coming back to that house this time. Make sure you kill me. I'm not afraid of Zanu-PF; I'm not afraid of you all."
Holy Ten escalated his challenge by warning Collins Mnangagwa, saying, "Dear Collins Mnangagwa, you can't touch me and the moment you try, you're really proving to all of us that you and your father run a terrorist organisation. Leave me alone." He went as far as asserting his superiority over the ruling Zanu PF party, declaring, "My boys, what you did to me, I will finish y'all. I can end Zanu-PF today, and I'm bigger than Zanu-PF." Despite these direct challenges to the sons and the party, Holy Ten maintained a distinction, stating, "I still respect the Commander-in-Chief of the Defence Forces, Emmerson Mnangagwa, but his boys disrespected me, and I'm Holy Ten."
The artist also made an extraordinary claim regarding his political future, announcing his belief that he is destined for the presidency. "Let me tell you something you didn't know: the next President after ED (Emmerson Mnangagwa) is me, Mukudzei Chitsama. I'm the one who is coming in," he proclaimed. He further announced plans to travel to Harare immediately to confront the twins, stating, "I will be in Harare tomorrow morning, taking the first flight. I'm not Blessed Geza; I'm not afraid of anyone."
This dramatic fallout follows a period where Holy Ten openly supported Zanu PF and President Mnangagwa, even posting images of himself in army regalia and campaigning for the leader. He claimed his initial alignment with the party was an attempt to "clean the reputation, the image of Zanu PF." However, his career has previously faced scrutiny, particularly after a widely criticized tirade against fellow artist Winky D, which, like his recent outbursts, has been attributed to struggles with drugs and alcohol—a challenge he has acknowledged for over two years. Unconfirmed reports from Zimbabwean socialites suggest a possible extramarital affair involving Holy Ten's wife, Kimberly Richards, and one of the Mnangagwa sons, which some speculate could be a catalyst for his public meltdowns. Neither Richards, the Mnangagwa twins, Zanu PF, the government, nor President Mnangagwa have commented on the matter, which has raised significant questions regarding the alleged misuse of state security personnel for personal disputes.
