Hoda Kotb book tour 2025: Where to buy tickets, schedule, dates

Published 11 hours ago4 minute read

Hoda Kotb is hitting the ground running.

Before retiring from NBC’s flagship “Today Show” this past May, the longtime host announced her seventh book “Jump and Find Joy: Embracing Change in Every Season of Life.”

And, now, less than two months post-host gig, the 60-year-old anchor shared that she’s going on a six-city tour to promote her literary effort that hits shelves on Sept. 23, 2025.

That includes gigs in Charleston, SC (Sept. 20), Chicago, IL (Sept. 21) and New Orleans, LA (Sept. 26).

At all shows, Kotb will share excerpts from “Jump and Find Joy,” which is described as an intimate book that reveals for the first time what Hoda discovered as she started embracing change in every aspect of her life.

“It’s filled with stories, inspiration, and little reminders to embrace the moment and choose joy—every single day,” she shared on her website. “I can’t wait for you to read it.”

She also worked “advice from change experts and deeply personal stories’ from both celebrities and ‘inspirational people in our own communities'” into the text, according to a description from Penguin Random House.

Those who attend will be treated to a signed copy of the book.

Here is Amazon’s official synopsis of Kotb’s “Jump and Find Joy”:

Hoda Kotb didn’t expect to join the Today show at age forty-four. Or to become a mother at fifty-two. Or to leave Today and embark on a new adventure at sixty! Change doesn’t always arrive when we expect it, and its effects are anything but predictable. But Hoda believes that the benefits of change can be extraordinary…if we’re willing to listen to and learn from them.

In the tradition of books like Savannah Guthrie’s Mostly What God Does and Maria Shriver’s I’ve Been Thinking comes Hoda Kotb’s Jump and Find Joy—an intimate book that reveals for the first time what Hoda discovered as she started embracing change in every aspect of her life. In her quest to better understand change and how to work with (not against) it, Hoda relies on her reporting instincts to investigate HOW change works, WHO is approaching it with grace, and WHAT she can apply to her own life and share with others. Jump and Find Joy combines the wisdom of change experts, insights from the latest work on resilience, and deeply personal stories from celebrities and inspirational people in our own communities. From small shifts in daily routines to major leaps of faith, Hoda shows why change isn’t to be feared but celebrated…and how each of us can thrive in the midst of changes we’ll inevitably face ourselves.

Ahead of “Jump and Find Joy,” Kotb released six books. Here’s a bit about each of them:

Hoda’s New York Times best-selling autobiography.

Six stories about people that changed their lives…ten years after they made the adjustment.

A number of stories about inspiring people who unexpectedly “found themselves.”

Kotb’s first children’s book; it’s a testament to the timeless love between parent and child.

A second children’s book; this one celebrates gratitude in life.

An inspiring collection of quotes that offer wisdom, courage, and hope.
