Here's what to see and sample while walking the 2025 ANC exhibit hall

Over 300 K-12 manufacturers from all over the country will be setting up shop inside the exhibit hall at this year’s Annual Conference taking place July 13-16 in San Antonio.
Here are some highlights not to miss when walking the hall.
Over at booth 745 Tyson Foods will be sampling a handful of new products, including Small Spicy Chicken Filets, Beef Taco Meat, and Spicy Breaded Beef Bites. Returning menu favorites will also be on hand, including Tyson’s Grilled Chicken Pattie, Breaded Drumstick, Flame Grilled Beef Burger Pattie, Shaved Beef Steak and Bosco Cheese Breadstick.
The foodservice vendor will also be announcing the winners of its annual Great Grant Giveaway where K-12 operators can enter online or at the show to receive up to $5,000 for their program.
General mills be debuting a recipe guide at this year’s ANC. It’s Menu Solutions: K-12 Recipe Collection features several recipes geared toward K-12 students including Beef Biscuit Tostadas, Corn Chex Barbacoa Bowls and Garam Masala Spiced Cornbread.
General Mills Chef Heather Swan will also be at the booth (1345) speaking to operators, doing menu demos and handing out samples to try.
Attendees stopping by the Kellanova booth (booth 1431) can learn more about its latest product lineup and tune in to live education sessions hosted by Dr. Julie Miller Jones of the Oldways Whole Grain Council who will speak to operators about the benefits of whole grains in school meals

J.T.M located at Booth 1645 will be showcasing menu items from its Crave Collection, a recipe collection made up of menu items submitted by K-12 operators that use J.T.M. products.
Offerings this year include Spicy Taco Mac from Roane County Schools in Tennessee, Asian Beef Stir Fry from Northwest Allen County Schools in Indiana, and more.
