Greece - Justin-Wright-Foreman-ex-Al-Rayyan-is-a-newcomer-at-Iraklis
Iraklis KAE 2022 Thessaloniki (Elite League) added to their roster 27-year old USA international point guard Justin Wright-Foreman (183cm-86kg-1997, college: Hofstra) for season 2025-26. He played last season at Al Rayyan in Qatari QBL league. In 19 games he recorded very impressive stats: 25.7ppg, 4.7rpg, 2.8apg and 1.5spg. He helped them to win the regular season and make it to the final. Quite impressive season as he was voted Asia-Basket.com All-Qatar QBL Guard of the Year, League Player of the Week (2 times) and selected to Asia-Basket.com All-Qatar QBL First Team.
The previous (2024) summer he played at Sea Bears (nnipeg Sea Bears (Canada-CEBL): 15 games: Score-1(25.9ppg), 3.6rpg, Assists-3(6.1apg), 1.1spg, FGP: 43.5%, 3PT: 42.7%, FT: 84.8%) in Canadian nnipeg Sea Bears (Canada-CEBL): 15 games: Score-1(25.9ppg), 3.6rpg, Assists-3(6.1apg), 1.1spg, FGP: 43.5%, 3PT: 42.7%, FT: 84.8%.
In 2019 he was drafted by Utah Jazz (NBA) in second round (53rd overall). The former Hofstra University star is in his seventh season in pro basketball.
Wright-Foreman also represented USA at the FIBA World Cup 2023 Americas Qualifiers two years ago. During this event he scored an average of 11.5 points per game and had 2 rebounds per game.
He is quite experienced player. Thanks to his pro career he managed to play on three different continents (Europe, Asia and of course North America) in nine different countries. Wright-Foreman has played previously professionally in Canada (Rattlers), China (Leopards), France (Chorale de Roanne), Germany (Bamberg), Italy (Pesaro), Turkey (Petkimspor), NBA G League (SLC Stars, Westchester Knicks, Erie BH, Birmingham Squadron and Capitanes de Ciudad de Mexico) and NBA Summer League (Chicago Bulls).
Among many awards he won NBA G League Soutwest Division championship title in 2020. He was also voted USBWA All-District II Player of the Year back in 2019 at his college time.
