'God has forgiven her, please forgive her too' - Angel Asiamah pleads after Agradaa's sentence
Angel Asiamah, husband of embattled founder of Heaven Way Champion International Ministry, Patricia Asiedua Asiamah, otherwise known as Nana Agradaa, has appealed to President John Dramani Mahama, the Vice President, Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, and anyone his wife has wronged to forgive her following her recent 15-year prison sentence for fraud and charlatanic advertisements.
Speaking in church on Sunday, July 13, 2025, Angel Asiamah knelt before the congregation in a heartfelt plea, declaring, “I have knelt here before God. I believe wherever she is, the Spirit of God has spoken with her. I plead with all she has offended to forgive her, we appeal to John Dramani Mahama, the First Lady and the Vice President to forgive her."
He further appealed to leading pastors, radio presenters, bloggers, and anyone Nana Agradaa may have wronged to also forgive her.
“I plead with you all, God has forgiven her of all sins. Please forgive her too", he added.
Following her sentencing, Angel Asiamah who served as a junior pastor has stepped in to lead the church’s activities.
Nana Agradaa, has been sentenced to 15 years imprisonment hard labour by an Accra Circuit Court for her involvement in fraudulent religious activities.
The conviction was handed down after the court found her guilty on multiple counts of charlatanic advertisement and defrauding by false pretence.
