Bucks Rule Out Giannis Antetokounmpo for Sunday Clash

Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo is slated to miss Sunday night's game against the Orlando Magic.
This absence is part of a carefully managed, gradual recovery process as he continues to work his way back from a right calf strain that previously sidelined him for 15 consecutive games.
The decision to rest Antetokounmpo is largely influenced by the Bucks playing on consecutive nights, ensuring his workload is managed effectively.
Antetokounmpo, who is 31 years old, recently made a significant impact on Saturday.
He contributed 27 points, nine rebounds, and eight assists in just 27 minutes on the court, helping the Bucks break a four-game losing streak with a victory over the Utah Jazz.
This performance marked his third game since returning from the calf injury that kept him out of action for five weeks.
Throughout the current season, Antetokounmpo has experienced two separate instances of missing time due to a right calf strain.
His upcoming absence will mark the 30th game Antetokounmpo has missed this season, a new career high. Prior to this season, he had never missed more than 21 games in a single season.
Despite the missed games, Antetokounmpo has maintained impressive statistics, averaging 27.5 points, 9.9 rebounds, and 5.5 assists across 33 games played.
Adding to the Bucks' challenges, the team will also be without its second-leading scorer, Kevin Porter Jr., for the third consecutive game due to swelling in his right knee.
