Natembeya, who is facing graft allegations, said he will ensure the three and any other politicians opposed to him lose during the 2027 General Election.
The county boss singled out Senator Allan Chesang, Kiminini Member of Parliament, Kakai Bissau and county woman MP Lilian Siyoi, as among those he will ensure only serve for one term.
As part of his mission to send home politicians in Trans Nzoia against him, Natembeya declared that he will back Matisi MCA Obed Mwale’s, bid to vie for the Senate seat against Chesang.
Mwale is also the Trans Nzoia county assembly deputy speaker.
"With me is Obed Mwale, the incoming Senator of Trans Nzoia. He is the best candidate to unseat Chesang' and I'm sure he will execute his oversight roles properly," Natembeya said in Ktale.
The youthful Senator has been vocal about the county government's shortcomings, especially on matters of health and revenue collection.
Siyoi has also criticised Natembeya’s administration on several occasions.
She is likely to face the current Trans Nzoia Agriculture county executive committee member (CECM), Phanice Khatundi, in 2027.
Meanwhile, the governor hailed Saboti MP Caleb Amisi for standing with him when he was arrested by Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) detectives and subsequently arraigned in the anti-corruption court.
While appreciating Amisi's act of brotherhood, Natembeya took a swipe at some of Trans Nzoia MPs, whom he claimed were behind his tribulations.
"I wish we had leaders like my brother Caleb Amisi, who stood in solidarity with me in my trying times. He is a great leader, and I know he will go far because his heart is very clean," he said.
"Some of the Trans Nzoia leaders, like Bissau, have been pushing for my arrest. The beauty is that it is only the courts that can offer justice, and that is what we are waiting for," he added.
Concerning the graft allegations he is facing, Natembeya challenged the EACC chief executive officer, Abdi Mohamud, to ensure he gets justice.

He claimed several State House operatives made calls to the EACC boss as he was being grilled at the Integrity Centre in Nairobi on Monday , May 19.
"Listen to your conscience and make the right decision because when I was at EACC, you (Abdi Mohamud ) received calls from State House and I heard you saying ‘‘Yes, Your Excellency, yes sir,’ and you left to listen to whoever was calling," Natembeya claimed.
He also called on President William Ruto to order the immediate release of all Trans Nzoia youths arrested for alleged vandalism of EACC vehicles during a raid at his Milimani home.
Previously, reported that Natembeya received a heroic welcome during his tour of the Western Kenya region.
Natembeya visited Kakamega, Vihiga and Bungoma counties to mark his return to Trans Nzoia county after his dramatic arrest over graft allegations.
He made several stopovers during which he vowed to continue criticising the Kenya Kwanza administration.
