The Foundery, a pioneering residential business launchpad, has been jointly introduced by Zerodha co-founder Nikhil Kamath and Future Group co-founder Kishore Biyani. This innovative program is specifically designed to back early-stage Indian startups, aiming to transform aspiring entrepreneurs into co-founders of funded, launch-ready businesses within an intensive three-month period. The Foundery offers a 90-day immersive experience, guiding participants through every critical stage from initial concept development to achieving investment readiness, all supported by expert mentorship and essential funding. The program is strategically based out of Alibaug, Maharashtra, leveraging its serene yet accessible location for focused development.

The Foundery boasts an impressive roster of highly accomplished mentors, each bringing invaluable expertise across diverse sectors. Vijay Shekhar Sharma, a prominent Indian entrepreneur, is widely recognized as the co-founder and CEO of Paytm, a company credited with revolutionizing India's digital payments and financial services landscape. Mithun Sacheti, the visionary founder of CaratLane, successfully transformed the country's approach to jewellery purchasing, building it into India's leading omni-channel jewellery brand, now part of the Tata Group. Varun Berry, with nearly 40 years of experience, is a well-known industrialist and former CEO and Managing Director of Britannia, having also worked with global giants like PepsiCo and Hindustan Unilever Limited. Kunal Bahl, co-founder of AceVector Limited (the holding company for Snapdeal, Unicommerce, and Stellaro Brands), is also a co-founder of Titan Capital, an investment firm with stakes in companies such as Ola Cabs, Urban Company, Razorpay, Ofbusiness, and Mamaearth.

The extensive mentor list continues with Aakash Chaudhry, the co-founder and chief mentor of Aakash Educational Services, who was instrumental in expanding the company's educational portfolio to include IIT-JEE test preparatory services, foundation coaching, and digital learning programs. Santosh Desai, a respected columnist and brand expert, dedicated 21 years to advertising, serving as the President of McCann-Erickson, one of India's premier advertising agencies. Prashanth Prakash is a founding partner at Accel Partners in India, a leading venture capital firm. Aakrit Vaish, an AI expert, founded Activate, India's first homegrown venture capital firm focused on AI companies, and also built Haptik, one of India's initial AI ventures. Rama Bijapurkar contributes as a distinguished business adviser, independent director on the boards of various blue-chip corporate and academic institutions, a researcher, and an academic. Haresh Chawla, a partner at TrueNorth, brings years of industry experience, having previously served as the CEO of Network18. Rajan Anandan, the Managing Director at Peak XV, is credited with advising numerous early-stage startups.

Garima Deveshwar Bahl is a skilled leadership coach and the founder of Avasaram, with over a decade of experience in the development sector at the World Bank. Aditya Sehgal, an angel investor from the UK, founded Asgard.world, an AI-powered marketplace. Finally, Karthik Reddy is the founder of Blume Ventures, recognized as one of India's leading early-stage Venture funds.
