Fifth Harmony Returns: Group Performs Together for First Time Since 2018

The highly anticipated reunion of the girl groupFifth Harmonyofficially took place on Sunday, August 31, 2025, when Ally Brooke, Normani, Lauren Jauregui, and Dinah Jane surprised fans by performing live together for the first time in seven years. The memorable moment occurred during the Jonas Brothers’ JONAS20: Greetings from Your Hometown tour stop at the Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas, where the quartet, dressed in all-black outfits, performed their 2015 hit single “Worth It.” The performance, which peaked at No. 12 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, was streamed live on Samsung TV Plus, with Normani exclaiming to the cheering crowd, “Y’all remember Fifth Harmony.”
The stage reunion followed a day of intense speculation ignited by the group’s official X (formerly Twitter) account. Earlier on August 31, Fifth Harmony posted for the first time in seven years with a cryptic message: “#FifthHarmonyFollowSpree.”This post, marking their return to the platform since July 2018, immediately sent their 4.2 million followers into a frenzy, with fans questioning if the long-rumored reunion was finally happening.

The group later shared a video of their performance on Instagram, writing, “Where were you on August 31, 2025? Thank you @jonasbrothers for having us. Felt amazing to be back.” Ally Brooke commented on the post, calling it “special,” while former memberCamila Cabello showed her support by sharing four red heart emojis. The Jonas Brothers also celebrated the moment, posting a clip of the performance and expressing, “An honor to have our friends @fifthharmonyup on stage tonight in Dallas on the Greetings From Your Hometown Tour.”
Rumors of a reunion had been circulating for months, fueled by various hints from the members. As early as November 2023, Ally Brooke discussed the possibility in a Billboard interview, stating, “We’re women now and we have grown so much and we have done our own thing, gone our own ways and gone our own path. And now we’re together in a different light. I’m trying to reunite with them, so I think some sort of reunion may happen.” Brooke and Dinah Jane further teased fans in March 2024 at the Billboard Women in Music event.
When asked about getting the group back together, Brooke responded, “We’ll see… we’re not sure,” with Jane adding, “I love that our fans can reminisce on such good times and I love that we’re getting the credit again. Our music was very impactful at the time and I feel like it was kind of overlooked, to be honest. So now that it’s reviving again on its own it just shows our music speaks for itself.”
