Join us for an evening of old-fashioned fun, games, and connection. This in-person event encourages families to bond, meet others, and enjoy time together in a relaxed setting. Dinner will be provided. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Join us online for a soothing relaxation and guided meditation session designed to introduce mindfulness practices that help families manage stress, build emotional awareness, and strengthen communication. This accessible session is ideal for parents and children of all ages.
Limited spots available. RSVP to 516-485-5976 or [email protected].
FCA’s Mental Health & Wellness Division serves families in Nassau County who have a child between the ages of 5 and 21 with, or at risk of developing, a mental health disorder. Services help families better care for their children while minimizing the need for long-term hospitalization.
Support is provided by trained Family Peer Advocates (FPAs) with lived experience raising a child with a disability. Services are voluntary, free of charge, and delivered based on the family’s needs—whether in the home, in the community, in the office, or virtually.
For more information or to register for an event, please call 516-485-5976 or email [email protected].
