Explosive Allegations Rock Alexander Brothers: Accusers Detail Assaults as Lawyers Deny Claims

Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander, three prominent brothers known as luxury real estate figures in Miami and New York City, are currently facing grave accusations of rape and sexual assault. Over 60 victims, including a minor, have come forward with allegations dating back to 2009. The brothers have pleaded not guilty to sex trafficking charges, maintaining their innocence amidst the escalating legal battle.
Their legal team, comprised of attorneys Edward O’Donnell and Joel Denaro, assert that the claims made by the accusers are fabricated and strategically orchestrated by personal injury lawyers. In an exclusive interview, O’Donnell highlighted the suspicious timing: “It is no coincidence that for 10, 15 years, not one person had ever accused these brothers of ever doing anything inappropriate, and all of a sudden, at one time, in the same exact window frame, every single person that you’ve heard of that has accused the Alexander brothers of assaulting them came through a personal injury lawsuit trying to sue them for money.” Denaro further questioned the “mathematical possibilities” of all accusers coming forward simultaneously, noting that none initially went to law enforcement directly, but rather through civil attorneys.
The defense also points to a significant lack of physical evidence. O’Donnell stated there is “zero [physical] evidence from any of the accusers that I’m aware of,” as victims allegedly did not seek rape kits at hospitals. He concluded, “There’s zero evidence whatsoever that the assaults occurred,” emphasizing that the accusations are old, some dating back eight to twelve years, and unsupported by tangible proof.
Conversely, federal prosecutors allege that Oren, 39, and his 38-year-old twin brothers, Alon and Tal, “worked together and with others known and unknown to repeatedly and violently drug, sexually assault and rape dozens of victims” between 2009 and 2021. According to Miami Herald reporter Ana Claudia Chacin, who has spoken to several alleged victims, the stories are “eerily similar,” often involving women being drugged or consuming excessive alcohol to a state of incapacitation, making them unable to consent. The brothers allegedly promised women luxury experiences in exchange for sex.
Many alleged victims have explained their delay in reporting the incidents, citing profound shame, fear of not being believed, and apprehension regarding the brothers’ high status and wealth in society. Lindsey Acree, for instance, initially sought to file a lawsuit anonymously to avoid public identification with her alleged assault. Carissa Peebles, an attorney for one woman, noted her client’s “lot of fear” about coming forward due to the brothers’ societal standing. Chacin described this as a “domino effect,” where one or two women coming forward empowered others to share their stories, breaking years of silence and buried memories.
One accuser, Maria Suska, whose alleged assault by Oren in Miami in 2014 falls outside Florida’s statute of limitations, shared her experience. She initially hesitated to file a police report out of fear and self-blame, despite eventually doing so in December last year. Suska, like others, found belief and courage when she learned other women were coming forward, realizing she wasn't alone in her fear of confronting powerful individuals. Another woman, according to Chacin, attempted to report an assault to the police but was dismissed and denied a rape kit, being told she had no case because she had willingly consumed what she believed was laced marijuana.
A point of contention revolves around an email from December 2024, where a prosecutor responded to an alleged victim’s request for recommendations for lawyers working on the Alexander brothers’ case by providing names and emails of attorneys pursuing civil cases. O’Donnell views this as the prosecutor actively referring the alleged victim to lawyers for financial lawsuits, while a representative for the District Attorney’s office clarified it as merely “a response to a direct question, not a referral.”
Attorneys representing the alleged victims strongly refute the defense’s characterization of their clients as opportunistic. An attorney stated, “It is both predictable and pathetic that counsel for the Alexanders is name-calling the victims as opportunistic for seeking civil remedies after being [allegedly] trafficked and raped.” They contend that holding the Alexanders financially accountable is the only alternative for victims whose lives have been allegedly ruined.
Currently, Oren, Alon, and Tal Alexander remain held without bail at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center. Their trial is scheduled for January 2026. Despite the challenges, their lawyers affirm that the brothers are
