Everton manager David Moyes has confirmed a significant setback for the club, announcing that winger Jack Grealish has suffered a stress fracture in his foot. This news comes as a 'big blow' for the team, as Grealish has been an integral part of their squad since the beginning of the current season.
Grealish, who is on a season-long loan spell from fellow Premier League club Manchester City, has made a total of 22 appearances across all competitions for Everton this season. During these appearances, the 30-year-old winger has contributed two goals and provided six assists, highlighting his importance to the team's attacking play.
Moyes emphasized the impact of the injury, stating, "It's a big blow because he's been hugely important to us since the start of the season."
