Defending champion Paris Basketball (Betclic ELITE ProA) re-signed 27-year old Chilean-German international 193cm shooting guard Sebastian Herrera for upcoming season. He has played there for the last two seasons. He helped them to win the league title and the cup. Herrera played 17 games in Euroleague where he averaged 4.0ppg and 1.1rpg last season. He contributed to his team making it to the quarterfinals.
Herrera has been also a member of Chilean international program for some years. He has regularly played for Chilean senior team since 2016 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2014.
Herrera represented Chile at the South American Championship U21 in Salta (Argentina) seven years ago.
He has played previously professionally in Germany (Gladiators, Telekom Baskets, EWE Baskets, Hakro Merlins and Young Gladiators Trier U19 team) and Chile (CD Universidad Catolica de Santiago). Herrera was voted to Eurobasket.com German Bundesliga All-Domestic Players Team in 2020 and 2023.
