Emirates Opens Immersive Retail Store in Singapore

Emirates has inaugurated its first Emirates World retail store in Singapore, reinforcing its dedication to providing exceptional customer experiences and top-tier products and services in Southeast Asia. Strategically located at Odeon 333, near Raffles Hotel, the store offers expert travel planning and advice from dedicated consultants. It also features interactive displays, including an experiential First Class Suite installation exclusive to the Singapore location, allowing visitors to experience Emirates’ inflight experience firsthand. In 2024, Emirates transported over 800,000 passengers between Singapore and Dubai.

The Emirates World store in Singapore embodies the airline’s evolving retail strategy, merging innovation, personalization, and convenience in an accessible space. Emirates' studies indicate that travelers still value in-person retail experiences for personal travel planning. This retail concept offers a personal touch to booking, providing personalized travel recommendations, exclusive fare deals, and close-up exploration of Emirates’ products.

Spanning over 330 square meters, the store features a warm, open-plan design with the airline’s signature light colors and Ghaf Tree designs. Four customer service counters are staffed by expert consultants, assisting guests with flight bookings and holiday planning. Smart technology experiences, such as the ‘selfie mirror’ with scenic backdrops, are also available.

The Emirates World Store in Singapore will also showcase Emirates’ upcycled products, highlighting the airline’s commitment to environmental sustainability with items like bags and travel pouches. Customers can enjoy freshly brewed coffee while waiting for assistance.

A key feature is the permanent display of Emirates’ First-Class Private Suite, offering a unique opportunity to experience the award-winning product. Visitors can explore the suite's plush leather seating, ambient lighting, and privacy doors.

Emirates has been connecting Singapore to the world for 35 years, operating four daily flights to Dubai and one daily flight to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Popular destinations for Singaporean travelers include London, Paris, and Milan.
