The 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 N is set to offer an even more compelling package for enthusiasts, combining a significant price reduction with enhanced features and options. Hyundai has announced that the high-performance electric vehicle (EV) SUV will be available for $6,300 less than the 2025 model, bringing its price down to $61,500. This makes it a relative bargain, especially when considering its near-Corvette-level track pace, significantly undercutting the 2027 Corvette Stingray, which is priced at $73,495.
Performance remains a core highlight of the Ioniq 5 N. It delivers a formidable 641 horsepower when its N Grin Boost mode is engaged, a feature that contributed to its reputation as one of the quickest SUVs tested upon its debut. Even in standard mode, the combined motor output stands at an impressive 601 horsepower, ensuring thrilling acceleration and dynamic driving experiences.
While the Ioniq 5 N offers substantial performance, it still carries a range penalty compared to its standard sibling. The 2026 model, equipped with 21-inch wheels, achieves an EPA-rated range of 221 miles under normal driving conditions. This is less than the standard Ioniq 5 with 20-inch wheels and all-wheel drive, which can achieve approximately 269 miles from its extended-range battery pack.
