Don't Miss: Ebuka's Highly Anticipated 'MENtality' Series Kicks Off!

A new podcast, "MENtality With Ebuka," has officially launched its first episode, aiming to foster open conversations among men on a variety of critical topics. The podcast, hosted by popular personality Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, is designed to create a platform for men to discuss sensitive subjects such as money, relationships, parenting, and mental health. The core objective is to encourage men to engage in dialogue and share their experiences, ultimately promoting a deeper understanding and empathy.
Ebuka Obi-Uchendu articulated his vision for the podcast, emphasizing that his primary goal is to initiate conversations rather than change opinions. He stated, "I just want conversations to be had. I’m hoping people watch the series and ask questions, like, 'Hmm, I didn’t think of it that way.' Just opening up the mind and talking more. Call your friend, husband, brother, or uncle and say, 'Oh, did you see this? What did you think of that? Is that what you were going through when this was happening?' Starting conversations, honestly, is the key thing for me. I’m not here to change anybody’s mind or convert people to anything. I just want people to talk."
The podcast features Banky W as a co-host, bringing another prominent voice to the discussions. The inaugural episode, which has already been released, features guests Seun Kuti and Noble Igwe, setting the stage for engaging and thought-provoking content. New episodes of "MENtality With Ebuka" are scheduled to be released every Friday at 5 PM, promising a regular dose of insightful discussions for its audience.
