She lightened the mood by joking it was time for her "100,000-mile check-up," but emphasized the seriousness of needing to be at her best for her fans. She reassured them, stating, "Don't worry about me quittin' the business because God hasn't said anything about stopping yet. But I believe he is telling me to slow down right now so I can be ready for more big adventures with all of you."

The specific nature of Dolly's health issues was later clarified. Her manager, Olly Rowland, confirmed that the country legend has been recovering from severe kidney stones and requires a procedure to resolve them. Rowland noted that Freida's initial post had "got quite a bit blown out of proportion."
