The following deaths have occurred:-
The death has taken place of Mary Josephine Gough (née McLaughlin), May 19 2025, beloved wife of Jim, 50 Culmore Point, a loving mother and grandmother and dear sister of the late Dinny, Kathleen and Hugh. Her remains will be reposing in her home from 12noon - 9.00pm on Tuesday and Wednesday. Funeral from there Thursday at 11.25am for 12o’clock Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Steelstown. Interment afterwards in the City Cemetery. Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
The death has occurred of the late Jean Hayley M.B.E. (née Hunter), May 18 2025, peacefully at home, 33 Castlewood Avenue, Coleraine. Dearly loved wife of the late Rodney (Tim) M.B.E., loving mother of Stephanie, Timmy and Mark, mother-in-law of Rob and Lorraine, much loved granny of Shannon, Isy, Paige, Henry, Joshua, Sophie, Toni, Megan and Kalib, great-granny of Jayden and Marliya and foster carer of many children. The death has taken place of the late William (Billy) Harkin, May 18 2025, peacefully at Altnagelvin Hospital, beloved husband of the late Margaret (June), loving father of Anna, Brian, Terence and Brendan, devoted granda to all his grandchildren, cherished son of the late Margaret and William and a dear and loving brother of Margaret, Frank, John and the late Eddie, Mary and Baby William. Dearly loved and will be sadly missed by the wider family circle. Billy will be reposing at his daughter’s home, 180 Cornshell Fields, on Tuesday, May 20 from 2:00pm to 8:00pm and on Wednesday from 2:00pm to 8:00pm.
