CyberCatch Appoints Scott Tait to Board

CyberCatch Holdings, Inc. (TSXV: CYBE) (OTCQB: CYBHF), a cybersecurity company known for its AI-enabled platform solution, has announced the appointment of Scott Tait to its Board of Directors effective May 1, 2025. This strategic move is designed to bolster the company's focus on expanding its cybersecurity platform, particularly within critical sectors such as defense.

Scott Tait brings an extensive 27-year career in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer to CyberCatch. His experience includes commanding the USS Mustin (DDG 89) and the USS Zumwalt (DDG 1000), the Navy’s most advanced warship. Currently, Tait holds the positions of COO at Startup Science and Executive Director at UC San Diego's National Security Innovation Catalyst. His background encompasses military policy, operational planning, and technology innovation.

In a concurrent leadership change, Dr. Marv Langston will transition from the Board of Directors to an Advisory Board role. Dr. Langston's experience includes positions such as Deputy CIO at the U.S. Department of Defense and Cybersecurity Chief of the U.S. Navy. This transition aligns with CyberCatch's strategy to enhance its AI-powered cybersecurity solutions in critical sectors.
